With changes in healthcare, more payment responsibility is being placed on the patient in the form of copays and deductibles. Therefore, it has become necessary to have a form of payment on filed.
Effective October 1, 2021, Southern Pain and Spine Specialists requires all patients keep an active payment card on filed with us. We will bill your insurance company first and upon their determination of benefits, we will only charge your credit card when they inform us of patient responsibility.
